Jenolan | : | Did not say my site was shutting down, only that Trainz has been flushed.... |
shenley | : | Thanks for everything you have done for us over many years. I will continue to enjoy what I still am able to access of Norm's work. I hope the Shoutbox is able to continue, at least for the time being, so I can keep in touch with our RBR friends. Best wishes. Peter |

This is not Jenolan Caves, we use the Jenolan name because we love the Jenolan, Abercrombie, Wombeyan, & Yarrangobilly caves.
Follow these general instructions to install/drive a JATZ Activity
JATZ Activities are generally either downloaded from the Trainz Download Station (DLS) or directly from Jenolan's CESS. If a direct download you will need to install the CDP into Trainz/T:ANE. The easiest method is to open 'Manage Content' and drag the CDP from where it was downloaded into Content Manager and it will automatically install it for you.
After installation you are likely to find that some assets are missing, unless otherwise noted in the Activity download information all missing dependencies should be available for download on the Trainz DLS
Most assets will be on the download station, open Trainz then 'Manage Content' set filter to 'Custom' with options as 'Missing Dependencies' set to 'true' (no other options enabled).
See this video from Trainz for more information
It is recommended that in Content Manager (CM) you create a custom search and name it 'Missing Dependencies' set the search to show only missing dependencies, that way whenever you install something new not just AJAX Activities you can jump straight to that list and see if you have any issues. You should then be able to simply tell CM to download what was missing.
In order to run a JATZ activity you need to start the Trainz loader >>> click 'Start Trainz' >>> Select the Route that the Activity uses >>> click View Sessions >>> Click on the Activity and you are driving!
All JATZ related assets should start with KUID 1701 or 59904, both these number relate to Jenolan's CESS & JATZ. If one of these is not on the DLS or available on Jenolan's CESS raise a support ticket or ask in the forum area.
